♕ QUEEN BEE.
BEFORE YOU INTERACT.
hello, thank you for taking the time to read this carrd! my name is elli, and i live in the EST timezone. i work full time plus run an online store, so i cannot guarantee that i’ll be online everyday. tl activity =/= dm activity, but i will try to reply as quickly as i can. i can be reached on discord for ic/ooc interactions at chouxlala .› this muse operates on a selective basis, so please only follow if you plan to plot and interact with sasha! likewise, if i do not feel that your muse fits into what i would like to do with mine, i will likely softblock. i regularly clean out my f/f, so if i softblock you and you still would like to interact, just follow me again and reach out to me.
› sasha might not be a known public figure, but both her parents (her father especially) are household names in the united states. she does not invoke their names often, but i'm putting this upfront to establish the idea that if your muse is american or paid a lot of attention to the 90s/00s music scene, they're likely aware of her family, even if the dots aren't connected until she says so directly. comparatively, her father is of a similar fame level/prestige as jay z.
› while i don’t mind chat threads, i do have a preference for literate threads, either in dms or on discord.
› both mun and muse are 21+. i do not smut, fade to black always. i do not mind interacting with minors, just be upfront about it!
› i am black ooc, so don’t come for me about any aave that sasha uses. likewise, if you're a nonblack mun with a nonblack muse that heavily relies on black aesthetics and aave? blocked.
› i deal with more than enough racism in real life and i will not tolerate it in rp. if you throw any microaggressions sasha's way, i will block you so hard that you'll get whiplash.
› i am a sucker for plotting, and prefer pre-established connections over first meetings. if you have any ideas, please feel free to message me. ♡

She's willing to fight for the things that she's passionate about, from standing up to causes that are important to her, to defending her friends when they're in need of her help. During her youth, this has led to her getting into plenty of fights, but now she's lovingly earned the reputation of being the tough mom friend.
TRIVIA.
› Similar to her father, Sasha produces music. During her youth she lost her desire to perform, however she’ll still write and produce for artists that she’s close with, and also lends her voice for backing vocals or demo tracks from time to time. She’s yet to find the confidence to jump into performances again.
› She took ballet and salsa lessons as a child, and participated in dance competitions during her teenage years.
› As a child/preteen, she modeled for her mother's fashion line. Due to this, she still occasionally participates in brand deals on her social media accounts for American/Western geared companies.
› Four years into her time in Korea, Sasha is still actively learning Korean. She tends to default to speaking in English, especially when she’s around people who she knows speak the language. When she’s struggling to find the suitable Korean words, she’ll use “um” and “like” a lot, or repeat the phrase in English until she can figure out the Korean translation.
› Cooking is her way of staying connected with her roots. Even if she has to go all over the city or order online for certain ingredients, she will cook traditional Dominican and American foods, especially if they’re connected to holidays.

♕ QUEEN BEE.
1999: On August 3rd, in the early morning, Natasha enters the world. She’s the second born child of Lorenzo Ramos, a rising star in New York’s hip-hop scene, and his long term girlfriend Christina Pimentel. Even though his career is on the rise, Lorenzo steps away for the rest of the year to focus on his growing family. By the next year, he releases his second full album, which goes platinum.
2004: Her father is becoming a global superstar, and life for the Pimentel-Ramos family is changing faster than any of them can recognize. The couple marries in February, right before Lorenzo goes on his worldwide tour. When he returns, he announces the grand opening of his own record label, SLDR Records. It starts off small, with only him and a few other artists that he’s grown close with over the years, but he plans for SLDR to rise to the top just as he has.
2006: As she enters grade school, young Natasha gets hit with brutal reality. After years of being fawned over by her family and their friends and colleagues, she’s shocked to not receive the same treatment from her new classmates. She ends up with the nickname ‘Bunny’, and it’s not an affectionate one– kids laugh at the appearance of her teeth. It affects her for a while, but her friends and her family help her gain confidence from it and own the name.
2007: After years of being the supportive partner, it’s now Christina’s time to shine. With Lorenzo’s support, she launches her own clothing line, which has a rather successful start thanks to constant promotion by the artists under SLDR Records. Sasha starts to model for the children’s line, and much of her free time after school is spent by her mother’s side while she works.
2009: When her mother gives birth to her younger sister, Sasha switches from following under her mother to being glued to her father’s hip. When she isn’t in school, modeling for Serene, or attending dance lessons, she’s at SLDR headquarters. Besides being a quiet place for her to work on school assignments, it’s where she develops her true love for music, and even starts to learn how to produce beats with her father’s assistance. His own music releases are few and far between as he balances running his label and caring for his family, but it isn’t uncommon to see Sasha’s name as a cowriter for a song or two.
2012: Though she’s a certified daddy’s girl, Sasha is entering a stage in life that some would label as rebellious. It’s a constant power struggle between her and her father– whenever she develops an interest in something, he moves hell and high water to get it for her, only for her to immediately lose interest. Some will say that she’s only doing it for attention, but that’s not the case. She’s at the point where she wants to do things for herself, not have everything handed to her the moment she mentions it. Soon, she stops going to her father at all about these things, though it doesn’t stop her from spending a good chunk of her free time at SLDR headquarters.
2014: When Sasha decides that she want to be a musician, she does everything in her power to keep her family out of it. She practices alone, she goes to auditions alone, and she ultimately signs her contract alone, forging her mother’s signature to make things official. She’s paired up with three other girls, and at first, things go well. Between her voice and her writing skills, she receives plenty of praise, which only leads to her throwing more and more of her efforts into this new group. Once the other girls learn who her parents are, things change. They start to give her the cold shoulder, and by the time the group makes their debut, she’s been suddenly replaced while they still perform with her lyrics and her voice still clear on the backing track. When she realizes that her contract has her stuck under the label for five more years, and with all of her written songs belonging to the label, she finally goes to her father for help. He raises hell, and after paying a hefty fine Sasha is free again, and thoroughly jaded about her prospects of being a debuted artist.
2017: Sasha graduates high school in the summer, and manages to shock everyone when she decides to go to NYU rather than work under SLDR Records. Her love for music is still strong, but her need for control and structure is even stronger. She attends the Stern School of Business, and specializes in Entertainment, Media, and Technology so she can still feel connected with the industries that she’s been surrounded by for her entire life.
2019: For her sophomore year internship, Sasha decides in January that she’s going overseas. Her parents nearly have a heart attack when she tells them over Christmas dinner that she’ll be moving to South Korea for a six month long internship. She arrives in Seoul in January, bright eyed and prepared for her internship at Reign Magazine. Learning the Korean language hasn’t been an easy task for her, but it turns out to not be so important as she focuses on global outreach for the fashion magazine. She’s constantly in touch with industry connections across the globe, and by the summertime she’s contributing opinion pieces for the magazine. She’s sad to return to New York at the end of the school year, but she keeps in touch with the editor in chief Shin Jiyeon, even continuing to contribute articles for the magazine once she’s home.
2021: After graduating from NYU Stern with her business degree, Sasha moves back to Seoul to continue her work at Reign as an official employee. Even after her internship ended, Sasha kept in touch with the writers and executives, even spending her breaks from school helping them out during busy times like Fashion Week. They welcome her back with open arms, and she permanently grounds herself in the country for the time being, even getting her father to pay a year’s worth of rent for her apartment. Since her Korean has improved, she does more writing for Reign, reporting on the constantly developing street fashion trends, writing reviews of new music releases, and interviewing celebrities. Her family thinks that she’s crazy for essentially starting over in a new country, but Sasha loves it. For once, she finally feels like all the connections that she has, she’s earned on her own. There’s no lingering thought in the back of her mind that people are only nice to her because of who her father is, or fearing that she isn’t taken seriously because of her easy life. Through her work for Reign, she meets plenty of independent musicians, and even starts to gain the confidence to write and produce again for those that she’s developed a strong bond with.
2023: Since making a name for herself as a commentator in the music and entertainment industry, Sasha is offered the opportunity to express her opinions through a different medium- television. With financial backing from REIGN, Sasha launches an online TV show and podcast called TAP IN, where she has free creative range. Each forty five minute episode involves comedic skits, Sasha giving her commentary on current world events and social media trends, and brief interviews with her close industry friends and other celebrities. Depending on the guest, it's either recorded in English or Korean, with translated captions. The fanbase starts off small, but with each episode that gets promoted, she gets to see her project grow.
♕ QUEEN BEE.
PLOTS.
EXCHANGE: Though Sasha has a decent grasp on the Korean language, there's still room for improvement. This muse would help her work on her Korean, and in exchange she can help them learn English or Spanish.
NEW ROOTS: Sasha first arrived in Seoul in 2019, completely alone and with no familiar faces. This muse would be one of the first people that she formed a connection with, either meeting through work or social outings.
FLASHING LIGHTS: Sasha loves nothing more than a night out on the town during the weekends, and these muses would be friends of hers that also go drinking and club hopping.
REIGN: Since being hired as a music journalist for Reign Magazine, Sasha focuses on underground and independent musicians. Perhaps she met this muse through interviewing them for the magazine, or her scathing review of their music left a sour taste in their mouth that has yet to fade away.
TAP IN: Sasha's webTV show involves commentary on current events, comedic skits, and interviews with celebrities and other notable people. Perhaps this muse helps her with production of the show, or they could be a guest on an episode.
HOME SWEET HOME: By chance, Sasha and this muse have both ended up in Seoul after growing up together in New York City. Her family lived in the Bronx, but she attended private schools during her youth, and went to university at NYU.
OPULENCE: Sasha might not name-drop her family at every opportunity, but having a fresh start doesn't mean that she's abandoning the luxurious lifestyle that she's used to. These muses are similar to her-- people who grew up well to do, and the first person she calls when she wants a relaxing spa day followed by brunch, or attending high profile events.
HELPING HAND: She may hesitate to make music for herself, but when it comes to the musicians that she's close with, Sasha doesn't think twice. Perhaps she helped write or produce a song for them, or contributed to background vocals on their track.
BRATZ: Perhaps this is ambitious, but I would love to see muses based off Jade, Cloe, Yasmin, or any of the other Bratz dolls! Come down nostalgia lane with me. ♡
